| What is included the cleaning service? |
When we clean your machine, we will take off the covers and remove any lint that has built up inside, oil and grease necessary components, Remove burrs on the hook, bobbin case, needle plate and anywhere along the thread path, as well as make any necessary adjustments to mechanical parts. If you own a BERNINA, we will also update your machines firmware to the latest version.

| Why does it cost more or less to have some machines serviced? |
Its a matter of how difficult and long it takes to service the machine. Mechanical machines often require less work to clean and service compared to machines with electronics.

| Have my embroidery module serviced? |
Just like your sewing machine, your embroidery module has gears belts that need periodic maintenance to keep it in tip top shape.

| Why can't we service PFAFF, Viking, and Husqvarna? |
We are a BERNINA dealer and not a dealer for PFAFF, Viking, or Husqvarna that have proprietary parts that we do not have easy access to.
