Sweatshirt Jacket Class with April Green
Taught by April Green, learn how to upcycle a sweatshirt into a one-of-a-kind jacket. This is a two-day event to allow time for you to finish your project. The first day, April will be instructing you in how to put together this fantastic upcycled sweatshirt jacket. After the first day, you'll have an opportunity to take your project home with you and work at home. The second day of class will be the finishing touches on your jacket and addressing any issues you may encounter along the way. Cost for both days together is $75.
Materials:
- Sweat shirt one size larger than you wear
- Large print fabric - at least a yard to a yard and a half
- Elmers washable school glue
- Matching thread
- Basic sewing notions
- Sewing machine with decorative stitches
