Maritime Compass Paper Piecing Class

In this three-day class, intermediate foundation paper piecing class, you'll expand your skills to create this beautiful quilt. Each student will work on the Maritime Compass pattern by Judy Niemeyer. This class features a smaller group size, ensuring that every student receives comprehensive guidance from the instructor. | Instructor: | Donna Alexander |
| Instructor Bio: | "Teaching chose me," says Donna Alexander, a veteran quilter whose love for the craft is rooted in family tradition. From watching her grandmother’s quilting frame descend from the ceiling to learning crochet from her grandfather at age eight, Donna has always been drawn to the world of textiles. After 40 years of quilting and 30 years of sewing for her daughter, she now dedicates her time to her favorite technique: paper piecing. Combining her experience in public school classrooms with her love for fiber arts, Donna finds her greatest reward in the "aha!" moments when her students discover the joy of a new technique. |
