| Instructor: | Donna Alexander |
| Instructor Bio: | "Teaching chose me," says Donna Alexander, a veteran quilter whose love for the craft is rooted in family tradition. From watching her grandmother’s quilting frame descend from the ceiling to learning crochet from her grandfather at age eight, Donna has always been drawn to the world of textiles. After 40 years of quilting and 30 years of sewing for her daughter, she now dedicates her time to her favorite technique: paper piecing. Combining her experience in public school classrooms with her love for fiber arts, Donna finds her greatest reward in the "aha!" moments when her students discover the joy of a new technique. |
